A Continuing Journey of Responsibility
The Impact Report 2025 represents a new step in Tecnodent’s evolution. It is not merely a reporting document, but a tool through which we aim to clearly communicate our way of understanding business.
Being a Benefit Corporation means embracing a broader responsibility: going beyond the creation of economic value to actively contribute to people’s well-being, environmental protection and the sustainable development of the community and the local area.
During 2025, we consolidated our impact management system, strengthening the integration of ESG principles into our business processes. We worked to make sustainability an increasingly integral part of our corporate culture: not a separate area, but a real component of the way we design, manufacture, collaborate and grow.
People, Environment and Community: The Three Directions of Our Commitment
The Impact Report 2025 is structured around the three common benefit purposes included in the company’s articles of association.
The first concerns the well-being of the company population. In 2025, Tecnodent continued to invest in training, skills development and the quality of the work environment. Training activities involved 57% of the company population, with an average of more than 4 hours of training per person. In addition, initiatives were launched in the areas of sustainability, artificial intelligence, safety, soft skills development and environmental awareness.
The second purpose concerns environmental responsibility. In 2025, we confirmed that 100% of our purchased electricity came from certified renewable sources and we developed our Corporate Carbon Footprint, a fundamental tool for measuring, understanding and progressively improving our environmental impact. Activities were also launched in the areas of sustainable logistics, production waste recovery and the integration of ESG criteria into supplier assessment.
The third purpose concerns responsibility towards the community and the local area. During the year, Tecnodent strengthened its bond with the local ecosystem through corporate volunteering activities, philanthropic initiatives and stakeholder engagement projects. Among the actions carried out were the involvement of the company population in volunteering activities at the Antoniano canteen and a €2,500 donation to support local initiatives.
B Corp Certification ™: A Recognition and a New Starting Point
In the first months of 2026, Tecnodent obtained B Corp certification™ with a verified score of 89.9 points.
This achievement represents an important recognition of the journey undertaken, but above all a new starting point. B Corp ™ certification allows us to measure ourselves against international impact standards and strengthens our commitment to continuous, concrete and verifiable improvement.
For Tecnodent, being part of this journey means continuing to measure our performance, identify new areas for improvement and make the connection between innovation, responsibility and shared value increasingly structured.
For Us, Innovation Also Means Impact
Tecnodent’s pay-off, Ergonomic Innovation, has always expressed our vocation: designing solutions that improve the working experience of professionals in the dental and medical sector.

In 2026, Tecnodent will continue to strengthen its impact measurement systems, expand environmental analyses, consolidate initiatives dedicated to organisational well-being and develop new projects in support of the community and the local area.
